It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Elaine Turbin of Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Robert "Jack" and Rose Alice Jackson (King); her husband Howard Edmondson Turbin; her daughter Rosalee Goldie Arthur; and her siblings, Darrell, Earl, Paul Jackson, Helen Bishop and Faye Grogan.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Barb (David) of Elkins, WV, Terry Turbin (Debbie) of Baltimore, MD and Joseph Turbin (Robin) of Brunswick, MD; her grandsons, Kevin Hare, Benjamin Hare, William Barb and Andrew Barb; her great grandchildren, Garrett Hare, Owen Hare and Avery Barb; her granddaughter Jonald Shroyer (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Azaria, Rosalie and Jude; her grandson TJ Turbin (Carla); her great grandchildren, Joel and Abigail; her grandson Jeremy Turbin (Kelly); her great grandchild Allen; her grandson Jarrod Turbin (Tarin); her great grandchildren, Aiden, Ashton and Landon; her granddaughter Laurie A. Paugh of Romney, WV; and her great grandchildren, Nae R. Paugh III (Robbie) of Morgantown, WV and ReNae Paugh of Romney, WV.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
