He is survived by: his sons, Michael Bolyard (Glenna), Paul Bolyard (Laura) and Dean Bolyard (Kim); his grandchildren, Jedidiah Bolyard, Jeremiah Bolyard, Dillon Bolyard, Danielle Huber (Chris), Emma Bolyard and Wyatt Bolyard; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Bolyard, Scarlett Bolyard, Amelya Bolyard, Bella Huber, Kalli Huber and Carson Huber. He is also survived by two nephews and two nieces.
