Debra Lynn Broadwater Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Lynn Broadwater of Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on March 21, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Biard Michael Gardner, Sr. and Patricia Ann Gardner (Metcalfe). She is survived by: her husband James Lynn Broadwater; her daughter Heather Lynn Palacios; her siblings, Biard Michael Gardner, Jr. (Jill), Elizabeth "Liz" Gardner and Karen Raines (Steve); her nieces, Heidi Marie Gardner Knott, Samantha D. Robinson and Brooke D. Raines Kimble; her great-niece Emma Robinson; and her great-nephew Garrett Kimble. She is also survived by cousins, extended family members and friends.
