She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Mayhew and Helen Mayhew (Teets); her son Hollie; and her siblings, Junior Mayhew, Ray Mayhew, Juanita O'Haver, Olive Broadwater, Helen Palmer, Shirley Liller and Beulah Butler.
She is survived by: her husband Allen Davis; her children, Peggy Miller (Dean) of Keyser, Gary Arthur (Toni) of Winchester, VA, Randy Umstot (Sonya) of Cumberland, Joseph Davis (Peggy) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jeffrey Davis (Karen) of Keyser and Jason Davis of Keyser; and her siblings, Gerald Mayhew (Anna) of Fort Ashby, WV and Judy Gordon (Harvey) of Keyser. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
