She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cook and Anna Ruth Cook (Dove); her husband G. Fred Guinn; her son Freddy L. Guinn; and her brothers, Bobby, Dickie, Bill, Melvin, Eddie Cook and Roger Dove.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Pase (John) of Keyser, Pamela Guinn (David Parrish) of Keyser, Mark Guinn (Dana) of Burlington, WV and Samantha Guinn of Keyser; her grandchildren, Erika Rotruck (Derek), Lacie Brooks (Tim), Corbin Kesner, Shania Michael (Daniel), Adam Guinn, Emily, Alex Parrish, Jaiden, Makenna, Bryson and Gage Guinn; and her siblings, Danny Cook of Keyser, Betty Delawder of Keyser and Delores Spiker of Burlington. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
