It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Anne Hoffman of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Anchorage, Alaska, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph T. Morgan, Sr. and Bertha Morgan (Edison); and her siblings, Harry Morgan, Sr., Susan M. Morgan, Glen Dale Morgan, Sr. of Red Devil and Joseph Morgan, Jr. of Red Devil.
She is survived by: her boyfriend James Jackson of Keyser; her children, Charlene Hoffman of Anchorage, Coby Hoffman of Anchorage, Donna Hoffman-Escalante (Edwin Escalante, Sr.) of Anchorage and Carl Hoffman, Jr. of Anchorage; her grandchildren, Antonio Escalante, Edwin Escalante, Jr. and Zayden Escalante; and her sister Lucille Barbara Morgan-Pletnikoff of Anchorage.
