She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Harold and Anna Pelfrey; her parents, David Curtis and Nadine Curtis of Lavalette; her children, Paige Adkins (Brandon) of Wayne, Shelby Chapman of Red House and Corey Chapman of Powhatan; her grandchildren, Kylie, Savannah and Grayson; her sisters, Melissa Chaffin of Lavalette, Shelley Osborne (Joshua) of Genoa and Elizabeth Curtis of Proctorville; and her friend Mary Thompson (W. Va) of Huntington. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
