He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gay Hampton Stiltner; his son Adam Stiltner (LeeAnn) of Lesage, WV; his stepchildren, Tina Mooney of Lavalette, WV, Rhonda Ratcliff of Kenova, WV, Kristi Pratt of Hurricane, WV, James Neil Mooney (Pam Adkins) and Timothy Michael Ratcliff of Kenova, WV; his siblings, Delilah Davis of East Lynn, WV, Georgia Maynard of East Lynn, WV, Alice Adkins of East Lynn, WV, JoAnn Pierce of Milton, WV, Gerald Stiltner of East Lynn, WV and David Stiltner of East Lynn, WV; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Ethan and Gwendolyn Stiltner.
