It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Jean Parsley Bash (Kenova, West Virginia), who passed away on August 17, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Keather Parsley; her husband Charles "Rusty" Bash; her son Michael Lee Bash; her granddaughter Tina Hibbard; her brother Sherrill Parsley; and her sister-in-law Faye Parsley.

She is survived by: her parent Pauline LeMaster Parsley; her daughter Debby Hibbard (Michael) of Kenova, W. V; her granddaughters, Lisa Fraley (Phil), Jamie Dawn Brown (Christopher) and Mikka Leann Bash (Ray Jordan); her great grandchildren, Morgan Catalina Middleton (Alex), Ryen, Ethan, Reese Fraley, Kyler Brown, Caiden Jordan and Kayleb Jordan; her great great grandchildren, Elijah Middleton, River Middleton and Shiloh Middleton; her siblings, Howard Parsley and Sharon Canterbury (Clifford); and her close friends, Jim Maddox, Brenda Bocook, Doris Skeens, Brenda Marcum and Bonnie Lee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
