He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul S. Kellar and Lois Barnette Kellar; and his brother Teddy S. Kellar. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert P. Kellar (Sara) and James R. Kellar (Mary); and his close friends, Pam Spence and Kyle Wood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
