She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl White and Thelma White; and her sister Betty Lester. She is survived by: her husband Chauncey "Red" Adkins; her sons, Rick Adkins (Tammy) of Huntington, WV and Mike Adkins (Penny) of Kenova, WV; her grandchildren, Jeremy Adkins of Huntington, Brittany Arthur (Timmy) of Chesapeake, OH, Corey Adkins (Brittany) of Huntington and Tyler Adkins (Chloe) of Huntington; her daughter Jenny Smith (Pac) of Kenova; and her grandchildren, Dustin Smith (Jamie) of Huntington, Coty Smith (Beth) of Catlettsburg, KY and Jacob Smith of Huntington. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
