He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Howard Fisher, Jr. and Gloria McQuinn Looney of Wayne; his daughter Keisha Randolph (Shawn) of Proctorville, OH; his siblings, Kirk Fisher of Durham, NC, Kent Fisher of Memphis, TN, Karen Webb (Greg) of Wayne, WV and Kim Fisher (Geno DeLaini) of Durham, NC; his close friend Silvia Olivares; and his brother Kenneth Howard Fisher, III. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, exceptional lifelong friends.
