He was predeceased by: his mother A. Janice Maynard; and his wife Barbara Maynard. He is survived by: his father James F. Maynard; his son Jerad Maynard (Krysta); his grandchildren, Jace Maynard and Kylie Maynard; and his sisters, Sherry Mills (James) of Kenova, WV, Christine Maynard of Kenova, WV and Jennifer Hill (Ralph) of Kenova, WV. He is also survived by three nephews; and five nieces.
