He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Pedo" and Mary Elizabeth Spangler Porter. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kesterson Porter; his children, Jeffrey Porter (Julie) and Whitney Porter-Donovan; his grandchildren, Brett, Brooke, Brandon Porter (Riley) and Paige (Devin Donovan); and his brothers, Dr. David Porter (Kim) and Terry Porter (Deborah).
