It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia J Sayre-Bailey (Kenova, West Virginia), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Sayre and Hazel Scarberry Sayre; and her husband John Franklin Bailey. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jeremy Bruce Bailey and Ashley Dawn Bailey. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
