He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gilbert Creamer and Frances Isabelle Creamer (Lloyd); and his sister Lillian "Ginger" Creamer of Virginia. He is survived by: his sisters, Rebecca McDonald of Kearneysville, Barbara Wilson (Henry "Hank") of Kentucky and Mary Frances Evans (Ron) of Martinsburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
