McKinney White (Kearneysville, West Virginia), born in Richwood, West Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emory O. McKinney and Madeline Arbaugh (Lips); her husband Charles R. White, Jr.; her children, Monica N. Bennett (Brad) of Glengary, WV, Madeline L. Stephenson (Brian) of Charles Town, WV, Charles R. White, III of Charles Town, WV and Thomas O. White of Kearneysville, WV; her siblings, Nadyne M. Litsinger of Ravenna and Dennis Michael Arbaugh of Brimfield; and her daughter Donna Kay White. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
