We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021, at the age of 87, Phyllis Dove of Kearneysville, West Virginia, born in Mifflin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Cavanaugh and Helen Elizabeth James Cavanaugh; her husband Robert Lee Dove; and her brothers, James Kratzer and Richard Kratzer.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki J Orr (Michael); her granddaughters, Jennifer Orr (Katie Kilcollin), Julie Bolyard (Phillip), Rebecca Orr Wachtel (Jonathan) and Laura Orr Rogers (Chase); her great grandchildren, Isabelle Bolyard, Grant Bolyard, Isaac Bolyard, Sutton Wachtel, Fletcher Wachtel, Burkley Rogers and Oaklee Rogers; her sister Donna Carolus (Harold); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Kratzer.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
