She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee White and Nannie Branson Tharp White; her husband Thomas Joseph Ciarlante; her sons, George Zisko, Thomas Ciarlante, Jr. and Joseph Allen Zisko; and her siblings, Martin Luther White, Edward Tharp White, Elsie Sigler and Thelma Painter.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Zisko of Florida and David Ciarlante of Kingston, NY; her siblings, Robert Lee White (Brenda) of Kearneysville, Ethel Breeden of Shepherdstown and Ruth Farmer of Kearneysville; and her godchildren, Seantae and Kory Farmer. She is also survived by Godsons, one great God-daughter.
