She is survived by: her children, Chris Livingston (Charlene) of Charles Town and Susan Jens (Kevin) of Kearneysville; her siblings, Jim Welsh of Hedgesville and Cathy Barnes (Marty) of Glen Burnie; and her grandchildren, Colin, Gavin, Lillian and Gabrielle.
