She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Samuel Smallwood; her children, Tina Smallwood, Tonya Sivinski (Jim) and Nick Smallwood (Joanne); and her grandchildren, Meredith, Elizabeth, Jamie, Stacy, Daniel, Shane and Alec. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
