He was predeceased by: his father Earl Robert Caperton, Sr.; and his stepfather Steve Sherman. He is survived by: his mother Susan Frances Patterson Cramer of Sterling, VA.; his wife Catherine Branham; his siblings, Michelle Boren (Scott), Brian Caperton and Kenny Duff; his stepsiblings, John Sherman and Bonnie Eipps; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Boren, Jamie Buchanan, Justin Caperton, Nick, Zach Boren and Wayne Beavers.
