He is survived by: his parent Marie Marble Ballou; his significant other Tammy Lynn Combs; his children, William Ballou (Brenda) of Smithfield, Charlie Ballou of Gaithersburg, John Ballou of Martinsburg, Matthew Ballou of Kearneysville and Michelle McLaurin (Carroll) of Hyattsville; and his brothers, George Ballou (Helen) of Charles Town and Kit Ballou, Jr. of Kearneysville. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
