He is survived by: his sons, Billy Moores II of Kearneysville and Charles Moores (Lisa) of Kearneysville; his siblings, Paul Moores of Coco Beach, Patricia Cox of Richmond and Mary Lou Moores of Richmond; his grandchildren, Chelsea Kay and Charles Franklin; and his great grandchildren, Blaze, Haize, Rhiot, Kilyan, Paizlee, Kierra and Rayna.
