She was predeceased by: her parent Mildred Lewis; her grandson Michael Shawn Lee; her siblings, Helen Clouston, Mary Frances Lewis and Roy Lewis; and her brother-in-law Gene Krahenbuhl.
She is survived by: her parent Willie Lewis; her spouse Delmus Ray Hale; her children, Melinda K. DeGraw (Bart) of Winchester, Ronald Ray Hale (Laura) of Martinsburg, Taylor of Martinsburg and James L. Hale (Shelley) of Martinsburg; her grandchild Jeremy Ryan Lee (Carrie Kerekes) of Ft; and her siblings, Judy Bingham (Don) of Rockwood, Katherine Krahenbuhl of Rockwood and Harold Lewis (Janet) of Orlando.
