He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jacob Dicks and Justine Elizabeth Dicks Rush; his sister Cathy Stanley; and his stepfather Onie Rush. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Elizabeth Hower; his children, Natasha Bittinger of Martinsburg and Daniel William Dicks of Inwood; his brother Jackie Dicks of Bladenboro; and his pet Kit. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
