We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2019, at the age of 82, Ortence Ellsworth Mills (Inwood, West Virginia), born in Brownsville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Jeanette Ann Mills; and his parents, James Howard and Altie Ellsworth Mills (Downs). He is survived by: his children, Betty Higgs and Ronald Mills (Wanda); and his grandchildren, James Travis (Jennifer, Stephanie Mills), Penny Taylor (Jeff, Samantha Mills) and Ronald Mills, Jr.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
