She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herbert Orndoff and Mary Ardith Orndoff (Davis); her husband James "Jim" Chapman; and her brother James T. Orndoff. She is survived by: her children, M. Scott Chapman (Beth) of Kearneysville and Cheryl Anne Chapman of Inwood; her grandchildren, Nathan Rogers of Inwood, Vanessa Childers of Inwood, Christopher Ruckman of Baltimore, MD, Nick, Andrew and Amber Chapman of Kearneysville; and her brother David E. Orndoff (Edna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
