She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Dellinger and Hester Dellinger; and her daughter Carol Barker. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Russell (Frank) of Inwood, Elaine Hoffman (Spencer) of Martinsburg, Sherry Collins (Floyd Strickland) of South Carolina and Sharon Minghini (Jim) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Carol J. Brown (CJ) of Martinsburg, Greg Stickell (Aleshia Gooch) of Martinsburg, Chad Hines (Stephanie Martin) of Martinsburg, Brandi Hines (David Doleman) of Martinsburg, Scarlett Kincaid of Martinsburg, Jennifer Swisher (Scott) of Clear Brook, VA, Christopher Russell (Amy) of North Carolina, Bonus and Angie Rogers; and her sister-in-law Donna Link (Sam) of Winchester, VA.. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
