It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jody Lynn Horner of Inwood, West Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Edison Horner and Kitty Sue Horner (Stewart); his children, Colton J. Horner and Courtney A. Horner; and his brothers, Terry L. Horner and Jason S. Horner.
