He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fouch and Sarah Harding Fouch; and his son Timothy Fouch. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Mae Clem Fouch; and his children, David Lynn Fouch (Sandra Duvall Rush), Charles Lee Fouch (Judy) and Cynthia Ann Graham (Bill). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
