He is survived by: his children, Diane Isner (Joe), Karen Isner, Deborah Isner and William Isner Jr. (Jaime); and his siblings, Judith Hudson (Gerald), Gary Isner (Becky) and David Isner. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
