She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Holbrook and Della Barker Holbrook; her husband Lloyd Clinton Payne; her grandchildren, Daniel Tyler Payne, Lauren, Logan and Lucas Payne; and her siblings, Dorothy Nance, Carl, Burl, Wayne, John and Donald Holbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Payne (Tammy) of Kitts Hill, Randy Payne (Rena) of Chesapeake and Peggy Charron (George) of Hurricane, WV.; her grandchildren, Megan Payne (Matthew Shearer), Anna Payne, Alayna Payne, Alexandra Payne, Angie Wheeler (Alan), Terri Carpenter (Ryan), Crissy Pratt (David), Matthew Hale (Katie) and Rebekah Watts (Josh); her great grandchildren, Rooney Shearer, Zane Wheeler (Hannah), Zach Wheeler, Jordan Wheeler, Isabelle Carpenter, Jocelyn Carpenter, Emzy Carpenter, Sidney Pratt, Carly Pratt, Asher Hale, Ainsley Hale, Blair Watts, Emma Watts and Addison Watts; and her great great grandchildren, Shae and Tate Wheeler.
