Rosetta Ballard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2020, at the age of 100, Rosetta Ballard (Hurricane, West Virginia), born in Neola, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Strobehn and Lillian Miller Strobehn; her daughter Bette Tarleton; and her sister Maxine Powell. She is survived by: her daughter Marcia Mullins (Jerry) of Hurricane; and her grandchildren, Leesa Edwards (Ray) of Maine, Tara Chapman (Ty) of Charlotte, John Tarleton (Jeanie) of Freeport, OH, Amy Lynn of Shrewsbury, OH and Jessica Tarleton of California. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
