It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Russell of Hurricane, West Virginia, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Payne and Clayton Payne; and her brother Clayton Wayne Payne. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Boyles of Nitro and Dorenda Chandler of Hurricane; her grandchildren, Brian Chandler, Caitlyn and Camlyn Boyles; her great grandchild Raylan Grace (Mike Weaver); and her siblings, David Payne, Danette Rigsby, Sandy Sowards and Brenda Hedgecoth. She is also survived by her siblings, children and grandchildren.
