He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lewis; his children, Phyllis Deem (Michael) of Syracuse, Heather Vanater (RJ) of Milton, WV and Gary Lewis (Lisa Fullbright) of Charleston, WV; and his grandchildren, Madeline Lewis, James Kintz, Ashley Deem, Michael Lewis, Carolann Lewis, Matthew Lewis, Russell Lewis and Kawman Vanater.
