She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Arnetta Mann (Marsh) of Wheeling, WV. and Harold C. Mann of Wheeling, WV.. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lily Martin of Hurricane, WV and Taylor Jones-Martin of South Charleston, WV.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
