It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Faye Priestley of Hurricane, West Virginia, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Curtis and Esta Kathryn Sowards Thomas; her siblings, Clinton Thomas, Alvie "Pete" Thomas and Shirley Davis; and her son Zack Edward Priestley.
She is survived by: her significant other Larry Aleshire; her children, Charles Priestley of Charleston and Loretta Smith of Alum Creek; her granddaughter Madison Cobb of Alum Creek; and her sister Jean Meickles of Alum Creek.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to offset the funeral expenses to Curry Funeral Home, PO Box 9, Alum Creek, WV 25003.
