She is survived by: her children, Barbara Cook, Patricia Wentworth (Kirk) and Richard Cook (Karen); her grandchildren, Theresa Holt, John Staub, Elizabeth Wentworth, Victoria Wentworth, Ross Cook and Allison Cook; her great grandchildren, Paul Harmon and Luke Holt; and her siblings, George Stanley Jr., Wayne Stanley, David Stanley, Allen Stanley and Betty Flowers.
