It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jay Wilkinson of Hurricane, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wilkinson and Lulu Lockard Wilkinson; and his grandparents, Elmer, Hallie Lockard, Joe and Bonnie Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his children, Chandler (Macey), Jayden Wilkinson (Presley) and Jacey Wilkinson of Hurricane; his grandson Jackson; his sisters, Lisa Wilkinson Fitzwater and Jackie Wilkinson Jacobs (Richard) of Hurricane; his nieces, Alyssa Coleman, Morgan, Lindsey Jacobs and Evelyn; and his great-nephews, Michael and Brayden Adamsand Nathanial Grant.
