She was predeceased by: her parents, Bus White and Velda White. She is survived by: her husband Ron Aylestock of Hurricane; her children, Tabitha Prisk (David) of New Zealand, Jennifer Fleming (Chris) of Hurricane and Nathanael Aylestock (Jenna) of Hurricane; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Hannah, Oliver, Addison Prisk, Tyler, Chloe Fleming, Emma, Levi, Aden and Noah Aylestock; and her siblings, Dee Mancuso (Anthony) of Bridgeport and Richard White (Pat) of Roanoke, VA. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Jacki's name to: Kanawha Hospice, 1606 Kanawha Blvd W, Charleston, WV 25387-2536.
