He was predeceased by: his parents, James Glaspell and Frances Glaspell; his son John William Glaspell; his brother Richard "Frog" Glaspell; his niece Shelly Glaspell Near; his parents-in-law, Archie and Betty Adkins; and his sister-in-law Susie Adkins Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Stacy Bradley (Travis); his sister Judy Sexton; his grandchildren, Ty Turner, Blake Bradley, Davian Glaspell, Darian Glaspell and Briah Herold; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Spurlock, Janese Haynes (Kevin), Leigh Ann Sexton, Christina Hatley (Phillip), Tish Glaspell, Kasie Grose (Mathew), Harry Glaspell (Amy) and AJ Hall (Summer). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
