He is survived by: his wife Janet England Hall; his children, Arthur Dean Hall (Kayara), Zechariah Gregory Hall (Nikki) and Shaila Nicole Evans (Caleb); his sisters, Margaret Warwick (Richard) of Punta Gorda, FL and Diana Friend (Greg) of Grethel, KY; and his grandchildren, Nolan Gregory Hall, Alexander Dean Hall, Nova Rae Hall, Adrianna Destiny Hall and Norah Lynne Hall.
