It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Lynn Harkins of Hurricane, West Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie 'Ed" Litton and Ella "Jean" Litton. She is survived by: her spouse Charlie; her children, Greg Harkins (Jen) of Tiffin Ohio and Angie Harkins of Hurricane; her granddaughters, Kelsey and Brianna; and her siblings, Sandy Smith (Doug) of Hurricane and Bob Litton (Pat) of Hurricane. She is also survived by many nieces' nephews and close friends.
