He is survived by: his mother Georgia Kelley; his siblings, Kitty Kelley Battles of Buford, GA, Jim Kelley (Becky) of Virginia Beach and Tom Kelley (Becky) of Myrtle Beach; and his nieces and nephews, Rob McCoy, Brian Kelley, Brandon Kelley, Heather and Kim Kelley.
