She was predeceased by: her parents, Finley Phillips and Lilly Mae Mullins Phillips; her siblings, Arbe Phillips and Beatrice Kiser; and her husband John M. Lusk.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Kopp (Robert), Donna Whitley (Michael) and John M. Lusk Jr. (Shannon); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ray (Josh), Rebecca Bell (Shay), Kathleen Whitley, Kaitlin Whitley, Erin Andrews (Ryan), Andrew Lusk and Ali Lusk; her sister Opal Underwood; and her sister-in-law Peggy Lusk. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Emogene Dolin Hospice House or Beverly Hills United Methodist Church.
