He was predeceased by: his father Bill Bolen. He is survived by: his mother Karen McGuire Holley; his stepfather Greg Deskins; his children, Kyle, Matthew, David Bolen, Victoria and Amber Bolen; his granddaughter Rose; and his brother Nicholas Gravely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
