He is survived by: his daughter Merry Rothbard of Huntington, WV; his granddaughter Kell McDaniel of Bellingham Washington; his sister Daria Barrett of Plano, TX; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Usher of Barboursville, WV and George Usher of New York City; his niece Lori; his nephew Matthew; and his great-nephew James Usher of New York City.
