He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Napper and Queenie Napper; and his sister Darlene Bradley. He is survived by: his child Talisa Johnson-Whitlock; his grandchildren, Ke'Asia, Dah'Shaun, Ke'Mya, Na'Imah, Na'Seem and Aziz; his great grandchild Jason; his nephew Eric; his great-aunt Darlene; his sister Jacinda "Cindy" Roberts; his nieces and nephews, Tracey, Christopher and Malik; and his siblings, Elsie Napper, Carolyn Napper, Stacey Johnson, Robert Napper and Ernest Napper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
