She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence D. Mullins and Bertha Curry Mullins of Whitman, WV.; her husbands, Charles B. Mullins and Ernest Southers; her granddaughter Micki Wolford Gore; and her siblings, Treasie Spry, Vivian Robinson, Katie Cease, Bernice Elkins, Jean Mullins, Nancy Hyde and Jack Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Wolford (Larry) of Henlawson, WV, Charles "Chuck" Mullins (Mary Ann) of Holden, WV and Cheryl Taylor (Michael) of Whitman, WV.; her grandchildren, Shawn Wolford (Tracey), Lesli McCoy (Bruce), Staci Johnson (Andy), Bethany Mahone (Dana), Jared Taylor (Alison), Mark Lilly (Jeanna) and Melanie Scagnelli (Michael); her great grandchildren, Hali Utley (Frank), Makenzee McCoy, Rebekah Mahone, Maggie Mahone, Lindsay Mahone, Danielle Mahone, Amanda Mahone, Reid Taylor, Donovan Wolford, Braxton Wolford, Jeremy Lilly, Joshua Lilly, Emily Runyon, Bianca Scagnelli, Taylor Gore and Johnathan Gore; and her great great grandchild Jayden Meade.
